Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Cipollini website or dining at our restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or services.
Reservations
Making Reservations: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or through third-party reservation platforms. All reservations are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. For large party reservations (6 or more guests), we require 48 hours notice.
No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to make future reservations.
Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After this period, your table may be released to other guests.
Private Dining & Events
Private dining reservations require a signed agreement and deposit. Cancellation policies for private events are outlined in the individual event contract.
Gift Cards
Validity: Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them like cash.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates our policies. This includes excessive intoxication, harassment of staff or other guests, or failure to follow dress code guidelines.
Dress Code
Cipollini maintains an upscale casual dress code. We ask that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, flip-flops, or overly casual attire.
Photography
We welcome guests to photograph their dining experience for personal use. However, professional photography equipment, flash photography, or photography that disturbs other guests is not permitted without prior approval.
