Tarek Hamada
Tarek Hamada brings over two decades of hospitality experience to Cipollini. Known for his leadership at acclaimed local institution Volare and his role in shaping guest experiences at Grassa Gramma, Hamada combines deep industry knowledge with an intuitive sense for creating memorable dining environments. His partnership with McGarity is built on trust, creativity, and a shared vision for warm, inclusive hospitality.
